Lupus, or systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), is an autoimmune disease in which the immune system mistakenly attacks healthy tissues and organs. This can lead to a wide range of symptoms and complications, including joint pain, skin rashes, fatigue, and damage to vital organs. Lupus is a challenging condition to manage, and we are committed to finding better treatments and ultimately, a cure.
At D&H National Research Centers, we are at the forefront of lupus research and conducting a cutting-edge medical trials to advance the treatment options for lupus patients.

If you have a diagnosis of SLE (Systemic lupus erythematosus) you are able to participate in our trial and receive up $1500 in compensation for participating in the study.
Our trial is designed to:
​
1. Evaluate the effectiveness of new lupus treatments.
2. Understand the underlying causes and triggers of lupus.
3. Improve the quality of life for individuals with lupus.
D&H National Research Centers is currently conducting a study on Lupus. As a prominent leader in clinical research in Florida, we are committed to advancing medical knowledge and patient care.
Inclusion Criteria:
If you want to participate in this study, you must meet the following criteria:

Male or female subjects aged from 18 to 75 years old (both inclusive).

Diagnosis of SLE (Systemic lupus erythematosus )made at least 6 months prior to Screening.

Musculoskeletal or mucocutaneous manifestations (i.e., myositis, arthritis, rash, alopecia, mucosal ulcers).

Currently treated with one or more of the following SLE background medications:
• Antimalarials, Mycophenolate mofetil, Azathioprine, Methotrexate, OCS or Belimumab.
Exclusion Criteria:
You are not eligible for participation in this study if:

Pregnant or lactating women.

Active severe SLE-driven renal disease.

Severe forms of vasculitis requiring systemic immunosuppressive treatment.

History or presence of severe respiratory disease or pulmonary fibrosis.
-
Myocardial infarction, unstable angina pectoris, stroke, transient ischemic attack, vascular thrombosis, decompensated heart failure requiring hospitalization, or heart failure within 6 months prior to Screening.

History or presence of severe respiratory disease or pulmonary fibrosis, Tuberculosis, Hepatitis A, B, C, HIV.

History or presence of bone marrow or solid organ transplantation.
